• No ive had mine charging for 5 days on accident while on vacation and regularly for 2 days ive yet to see a hit in battery life or over heating of any sort.

• Hello Pale Gray! The MX Master 3 takes two hours and 45 minutes to fully charge so you don't need to leave it charging overnight at the office but no it will not harm it if you leave it charging as well. - Gregory from Logitech
