• No it doesn't, and shame on BestBuy support providing misleading information! This camera does NOT have an infrared sensor needed for Windows Hello to work, and had I known it I would have never purchased it and went with the previous (non-MX) Brio version which does support Hello.

• Yes, the Logitech MX Brio Ultra HD webcam is compatible with Windows Hello facial recognition sign-in.
