It takes about 4 hrs for a full charge that can last up to 4 months. A 4 minute charge will last the day. You can use the device while it's charging, which means zero down time!

I suspect the charge time will depend upon the charge state when you receive it. Mine arrived with better than a 60% charge. I used the cable to charge it while I used it. It appears to have reached a full charge in about three hours. I have not charged it since.
