“I love this product and had it for years. Today, the cursor is not moving but you can click on things and they open. I have used the mouse while charging and I am charging it again, but I am wondering if something happened within the software. Help!”

Try rebooting the software, and clearing your cache.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes when i play games or am working on multiple things (multiple windows) my mouse wont want to move. I usually git the windows key to get to that and then go back into what im working on and it usually corrects itself. I also noticed the mouse will start to have issues after about 3-4 years (for us with heavy use).
