No, this is for right-handed use only. Logitech does not make a left-handed thumb-operated trackball. There *is* one on the market made by Elecom - search for "ELECOM M-XT4DRBK Wireless Trackball mouse for Left-Handed". Elecom has a newer version just released - but the newer version has not (yet?) been released in a left-handed version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its not really made for a lefty. flipping it so a lefty could roll the ball would put the buttons under the palm of your hand which would make them hard to click.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's right handed only. For left hand use try Logitech's Trackman Marble or any of the Kensington trackballs which are symmetrical.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can through software switch the button orientation, however I'm not sure how you would physically reorientate the trackball location. I am left-handed as well however I utilize the trackball with my right hand.
