Kids CAN use it BUT I have pretty Big hands. Thats One of the major reasons I got it. But thats fairly subjective. Its definitely AWESOME to be able to SPIN the ball fast with a little flick of the thumb and it goes all the way across the screen if you wan it to!! GOOOD LUUCCK!! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have average sized hands for a guy. It isnt much bigger than a regular mouse, but you do not move the mouse in the table like a traditional mouse. For an adult its fine, i don't think it would be good for a kid or if you want to play any game that would be fast paced. This works great for me as a field technician who dosent always have a flat surface to use a mouse.
