• They are different, which I know because I have both (graphite at work, black at home). Personally, I prefer the graphite, but both look good.

• I believe the keyboard only comes in one color -- black.

• None, first purchased the graphite and my wife loved it so she kept it. This made me purchase another one and the only one is stock was the black one so I got that one and there has been no difference te ween the two. Besides the color obviously.
