This doesn't have the same ergonomic feel as the sculpt. The overall feel of the keys is amazing, but if you're dealing with early CTS, this might not be the keyboard for you

The keyboard is very solid and the keys have a great feel and no rattle. The individual key indentations feel great to type on. I was used to a huge older Logitech keyboard with a built in wrist rest and wide side and top bezels with various keyboard specific keys and a LCD display. It took a day to get used to the compact size but after that, I love this keyboard. I planned to get a separate wrist rest but this keyboard is not high so I don't really feel I need to get one.

The MX Keys could be a great alternative, since it's more of a low profile keyboard. We have a demo unit at your local Best Buy if you'd like to test it out. Have a great day. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-ergo-k860-ergonomic-split-bluetooth-or-usb-keyboard-black/6395346.p?skuId=6395346
