“Hello Logitech, I just bought the MX Keys per your earlier answer for my Apple TV which is running version 7.5 but it refuses to connect. I was able to connect to my iphone so I know how to do it. Reboots and power cycles do not help. Pls help.”

• I have a 3rd generation Apple TV but now mainly use Apple TV+ on Roku so have not tried to connect the keyboard to the Apple TV.

• Hello, lets run through the set up process again: On your Apple TV, go to Settings > General > Update Software. Select the Bluetooth key (1, 2, or 3) you want to assign to Apple TV. On your Apple TV, select "MX Keys" when it appears in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Type the pairing code that appears on-screen followed by Enter. The MX Keys keyboard should show as Connected. Your keyboard is now ready to use.
