There are two versions of this keyboard now. One supports both Windows/Mac and the new model is Mac only. Both will work on your machine, however, for HP or any windows machine you'd be better off with the dual Windows/Mac version. While the Mac-only version would work to a large extent, you'll likely be unhappy with some of the key mappings...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The MX "for Mac" keyboard is designed specifically for macOS, iOS, iPadOS. I do not think that would work with the HP. There is another version of Logitech MX (Model:920-009295) that works with both Windows and macOS. That should work with your HP as well. The keyboard comes with a USB Receiver in case you need that for connectivity.
