• Only the vertical scrolling is magnetic. The horizontal one is not.

• It doesn't "click" if that's what you mean. The vertical scroll can be set to click or free spin

• Hey there MortallyWounded! The horizontal scroll wheel is not a free scroll wheel or a magnetic scroll wheel, but rather it works much more similarly to a standard scroll wheel, though without the "clicks" to indicate when you've scrolled.
