Only the vertical scrolling is magnetic. The horizontal one is not.

It doesn't "click" if that's what you mean. The vertical scroll can be set to click or free spin

Only the vertical scroll wheel is a MagWheel, the side scroll wheel is just basic. It’s quality, but basic

Hey there MortallyWounded! The horizontal scroll wheel is not a free scroll wheel or a magnetic scroll wheel, but rather it works much more similarly to a standard scroll wheel, though without the "clicks" to indicate when you've scrolled.
