I've had no problems using this on my Mac and my PC (I have both at my desk and swap frequently). In fact, the macOS driver support is a little easier than on Windows, and I find there is less lag on my Mac. So if anything, the small asterisk is with Windows in my experience.

Also, I've never had an issue using the equipped scrolls and buttons with any MX mouse. I regularly use both MAC and windows throughout the day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It seems to have a lot of customizable functionality with the different buttons, you have to use the Options+ software. I haven't used a bunch of it, the button below the thumb for viewing all open windows on Mac is nice.
