“Are the letters on this stickers, or paint, or are they actually part of the key themselves? The last few keyboards I've purchased all the letters on the keys wear off within months.”

The letters look to be part of the keyboard. So far so good none are wearing off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This keyboard is backlit, therefore the keycaps have the letter built into the keycap it self to allow the light passing through and showing the letter. I recently bought mine and the letter still has not faded

Basically, the stem and letter are made of clear plastic, with the outer 'gray' part of the keycap being another layer of plastic molded on top of that, though in this case that gray layer is very thin. They're unlikely to wear out; they more likely to break.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The answer here is yes... and no. The letters and numbers on the keycaps are shine through, so they're part of the keycaps themselves. The secondary functions on some of the keys look painted/dye subbed on, so the lights don't shine through. I don't know how they'll stand up, but it doesn't look like they're just printed on.
