My wife has a small hand and can't reach the buttons. She wears a women's small in gloves.

Takes a little time to get used to but it honestly feels comfortable for me. This mouse has been a game changer for me and I love it! My wrist/arms/hands hurt way less since I’ve switched to this mouse.

Both buttons are large and cover the entire surface. Your hand is held in the position you would use to shake someone's hand.. Which allows your hand to be in a more comfortable position.

Someone with much smaller hands could have a problem with comfortable grip. However, my wife, which has smaller hands than me, says it is perfectly comfortable for her too.
