• I have small hands (bigger kids gloves usually fit me better than small adult ones and I have a size 3 ring finger) and it’s fine for me! Takes a little time to get used to but it honestly feels comfortable for me. This mouse has been a game changer for me and I love it! My wrist/arms/hands hurt way less since I’ve switched to this mouse.

• the Logitech "LIFT" vertical mouse is for smaller hands. The Logitech "MX" vertical mouse is for larger hands. Pick the smaller "LIFT" mouse for your wife.

• It does feel a little large for my small hands but it is still comfortable and it helped with my wrist pain so much that I would definitely recommend it even though it's a little big.

• Yes, it is light and is easy to move the pointer. The left button is above the scrolling wheel. The right button is below. Both buttons are large and cover the entire surface. Your hand is held in the position you would use to shake someone's hand.. Which allows your hand to be in a more comfortable position.

• Maybe not quite. I'm a male with average sized hands and it quite snugly fits (perfect for me). Someone with much smaller hands could have a problem with comfortable grip. However, my wife, which has smaller hands than me, says it is perfectly comfortable for her too.
