• From what i understand you can purchase key replacements directly from Logitech.

• The BBY Service Plan is the best way of doing business these days. Much easier to RMA with Best Buy than the Manufacturer. So in short get a cheap service plan from BBY.

• You would contact Logitech for that, and not Best Buy, as Logitech is the manufacturer of the keyboard, and can give you the replacement directly, and it will save a bunch of time.
