“Can this keyboard mouse combo be used without using the dongle that comes with it? I have a macbook air M3 that only has 2 thunderbolt 4 ports, and I am hoping to use it with just Bluetooth and no dongle installation”

Yes you can. All three devices can be connected by Bluetooth alone.

If you have limited ports on your MacBook Air, you might need to consider a USB hub or a different keyboard and mouse that uses Bluetooth.
