• It's just a bluetooth mouse, so I believe it will work on any device that supports bluetooth connectivity.

• No. You have to have iPad os 13.4 or later, that’s when apple enable mouse support. It will work with your ipad air if you update to 13.4 though.

• Unfortunately, there is no system-wide support for mice on iPad OS 12.4, only on iPad OS 13.4. On iPad OS 13.4, yes the Pebble i345 mouse will work.
