• G Pro works with iRacing, why would it not? It is a gaming software! No lights on this setup. If you want lights and non-stop worry about charging your headphones and losing connection with wireless dongle [had to replace 3 of them], go with G935.

• Yes, this headset will work with iRacing. Unfortunately, this headset can only be used wired through an 3.5mm auxiliary jack on your computer and doesn't have any lights on it.
