• Yes, and win 10 pics up and installs the software extremely quickly. I pop mine out from laptop to desktop all the time.

• It comes with a usb dongle that makes it look like a computer keyboard. Each of the buttons looks like you pressed the key on your keyboard to go to next slide, etc. so it will work on any pc and the screen is irrelevant. It doesn't work like a touch screen. You can't point and click. The pointer is just a laser light and has no connection to the pc.
