• Hello Ralph. The Rugged Folio is laser cut to fit the 7th Generation iPad. It will not properly fit your 6th Generation iPad.

• I'm not sure if it will, but when I went to buy this, they did have one that listed a 5/6 gen. This one only says 7/8/9, and the other one I bought was only a 7/8 gen. I think it has more to do with the placement of the camera opening than anything else.
