I have mine set to switch between tabs in my browser.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are mapped from the factory to be Back and Forward keys (what you use in browsers to go back to the previous page, or return to the page you had been viewing), but you can remap them to be pretty much anything with the Logitech Options app.

They are preprogrammed to be forward and back when you're in your internet browser. You can download our Logitech Options+ software here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418699283607 to change what these buttons do. - Maggie from Logitech
