Most input-based peripherals shouldn't clash with each other. Whether or not this mouse works with that keyboard is not an issue you'll come across often. As for connectivity, if your computer has a USB port, you should be able to plug your mouse in, and forget about it.

The MK570 comes with a Logitech Unifying receiver, while the M650 uses a Logi Bolt receiver. These are not interchangeable. To ensure compatibility, look for the orange unifying logo on the M650 packaging or product itself. If it doesn't have the unifying symbol, it won't work with the MK570's receiver. You might want to consider another M-series mouse with the unifying logo for a single-receiver setup with your MK570 keyboard.
