• I think you can use either hand as it is not curved one way or the other. The side buttons are on the left if that makes a difference.

• It's more right-handed than left-handed, in that the programmable buttons are on the left side (underneath your right thumb). I guess a left-handed person could get used to using the buttons with their ring finger or pinkie. Since I seldom use those buttons, it feels as if it could be used by either hand.
