“When I try to pair with my ipad it does not pair. Just keeps going round and round and eventually says I have to enter a code that has 6 digits. However, there is no way I can enter any code with either the keyboard or on the ipad.”

We had the same problem. All we had to do was type the 6 digit code on the keyboard AND hit "Enter". Without hitting enter it will not register as having received the code.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn your iPad off. Turn it back on, try to connect to the Bluetooth once again but this time have it on the keyboard stand. Not sure if you get a 6 digit code, if you do get a 6 digit code click on the numbers on they keyboard in order. Once the 6 digits are pressed on the keyboard. If nothing happens then press enter after the 6 digits code and you should be good to go. Sorry I just got your notification.
