A:AnswerWith the iPad in the keyboard (keyboard gets turned on when the iPad is docked), turn off Bluetooth on the iPad. While the Bluetooth is turned off on the iPad, press and hold the Bluetooth key on the keyboard. This caused the blue light on the keyboard to blink rapldly, and keep on blinking rapidly, even when I stopped pressing the key. With the blue light blinking rapidly, turn the Bluetooth on the iPad “on”. This resulted in a message that the keyboard was attempting to pair, and with a code. Enter the code on the keyboard, and press “enter” on the keyboard. That made it all happen for me.
A:AnswerWe had the same problem. All we had to do was type the 6 digit code on the keyboard AND hit "Enter". Without hitting enter it will not register as having received the code.
A:AnswerThis case will FIT an iPad Pro 9.7, but will not WORK with it. The magnetic sensor needed to turn on the keyboard is not in the same place. The iPad Pro 9.7 would need to be moved about 1cm to the right to work, and that's not possible.
A:AnswerHi JOHN, This Slim Folio will work with your iPad 5th generation. Here's a link to the product page for it: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/ipad-keyboards/slim-folio-ipad-keyboard-case.html?crid=1762. Hope that you find this helpful.
A:AnswerAt the top edge of left side of the keyboard there is a little “drawer” that pull out and you will see the two batteries in there. I really wish the directions that came with the keyboard had a photo of this.
A:AnswerYes, mine is a 5th. I would suggest getting an extended warranty on it for two reasons: 1. its inexpensive & 2. Over the years I've had my IPad, Best Buy has replaced two of them when the corners eventually cracked on the holding frame for the IPad.
