“Is the light above the battery supposed to always be lit? When I first open up iPAD and connect to keyboard, it’s green, then it turns white, then it blinks white, and then it’s blank … we thought we needed to replace the batteries, but this is the same.”

• Hello, When the LED is a solid green that means the battery is charged. The quickly blinking white light means the keyboard is in discovery mode and ready for pairing. Once that light is solid, that means that pairing or connection was successful. The light then turns off to save energy. If the light turns a solid red, then the battery is low (less than 20%) and needs to be charged. While charging, the light will blink green. - Richard from Logitech
