Hi I recently purchased this and it says for 7th and 8th gen is compatible but it won’t connect to my iPad 8th gen null

Put your iPad into the keyboard, open your System folder and then the Bluetooth utility, link the keyboard to the iPad, and you’ll be good to go. I don’t know why they don’t include that simple step in the setup instructions.
