• I’m not 100% sure, but I believe that that function is actually determined on/by the iPad itself. I believe the language option is offered at the beginning of set up.

• Hello CANO! You'll definitely be able to change the input language of your keyboard into your iPad Settings by adding more keyboard options, and then switch between them by pressing and holding Shift-Control, and then pressing the Space bar to cycle through the language keyboards.
