• The only difference will be the packaging. The packaging at Best Buy is traditional Logitech packaging, the packaging at Apple is specific to Apple.

• it looks like the 9703 is for the 4th gen with the square camera opening whereas the 9124 is for the 3rd gen with the skinnier camera opening. If you have a square camera you probably need the 9703.
