You will need a USB C (female) to USB (male) adapter, unless you have a USB C port on your PC. The adapter is simply used to convert the cams USB C connector into a regular USB so you can plug it into a PC without a native C port.

If you device doesn't have USB-C then you will need a USB-C Female to USB-A Male SuperSpeed USB Adapter. I could not find one at Best Buy. www.c2g.com had it.

I have been informed by Logitech customer support and seen in forums that use of an adaptor is not recommended for any Logitech cameras because it can compromise functionality.
