Hello, to utilize the Zoom feature on the StreamCam our Logitech Capture software must be installed on your computer. You can download our Capture software here: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/capture/ Once installed, the Zoom option will be available in the software.If you ever have any feature/settings questions, please visit us for support at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us
