how do I know when it is fully charged null

A green light in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard displays and does not blink when the charge is full.

It works via blue tooth, so as long as the pad is charge, it will connect.

The included paperwork makes this very clear. The most important thing to know about the charging is overpowering the unit with a fast charge charger. It is designed to use a very low amperage charger or through your laptop (recommended in the instructions). DON'T BURNOUT YOUR KEYBOARD.

When it's fully charged, the green light on the top right of the keyboard will be solid. If it's blinking, it's charging, and solid red means the battery is low and should be charged.
