Go into the Bluetooth settings on your iPad, and search for the keyboard. As long as the iPad is connected to the magnetic base, the keyboard is on. Once you remove the iPad from that base, the keyboard turns off.

Now, turn the Logitech Type + on and hold down on the pairing button for 4-5 seconds or until the Logitech case shows up in your list of Bluetooth devices on the iPad. Once you see the case show up, just tap on it to connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just go into your general settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned on, it should appear as keyboard + case, if not there is a small button on the right hand side of the keyboard that turns on the keyboard Bluetooth.

Please try again later.Can be found on-line ... however, I set mine up by going to settings, and Blue Tooth showed Type + And it connected by itself I think, if it didn't I selected Type + then it connected. A good keyboard but beware, hinges are flimsy and may crack causing iPad to become unsecured from holder.
