The best keyboard case ever made. I have has no issues at all. Sometimes I forget to charge the keyboard though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not noticed the internet lagging for the use of the keyboard. My thought is maybe unpair and pair again thee keyboard. also maybe clear the ram memory afterwards to free the system memory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. I searched online and found if you used sidesync with your phone that it caused this problem. I removed sidesync from my phone and since you can't remove it from the tablet I went under the application manager and force stopped sidesync then rebooted. My speed is back and I will what till an update comes out to use sidesync again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not noticed a lag in the search, but it does seem to take an extra millisecond for the tablet to respond to the keyboard input. It's not been a problem with the actual search, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What type of bluetooth keyboard and wifi router are you using? Bring the specs and model numbers to the store. Is spell checker slowing things down? Demonstrate and speak to a Best Buy Samsung specialist and/or attend one of their free classes. They will show you some cool tricks and features and maybe fix the problem. Compatibility, signal strength and power are key. Personally I have not had any problems using my Logitech Type-S keyboard case, tablet, Netgear 900 N router and internet together. So I cannot duplicate the problem. Have you cleared the cache and Task Manager? Also, give some thought to downloading the free OOKLA Speedtest app from the Google/Android Play Store. Speed and strength vary throughout the day and by provider. The busier the internet, the slower things appear to happen. Good luck!
