QuestionHow long does it take to fully charge? Is there any indicator that lets you know when the battery is low, fully charged, etc?

- Answer I have the rugged folio case and it took about 3 hours to charge initially. The literature says normal charge time is 2-4 hours. There are indicators for the remaining battery life. You can push the battery button and it will either flash green, yellow, or red depending on the remaining battery life. I have been using mine regularly for approximately 2 months and the battery indicator is green. The literature says you can use the keyboard for up to two years on a charge. That is long time but based on my use I think it will last several months at least.

QuestionDoes this keyboard/case fit the ipad air 2 or just the original ipad air?The specs in the description say this keyboard/case is for the ipad air, but it doesn't mention that it is compatible with the ipad air 2, so I am asking this question.

- Answer It is for the iPad 1 and does not fit the iPad air 2!

- Answer Yes it does. It also has a sleep function if you happen to stop using it and forget to shut it off.

QuestionHas anyone had theirs replaced by Logitech? Mine broke in less than 90 days!After a month and a half the right hand bracket that holds in the iPad is cracked. I didn't purchase the Geek Squad protection on this since it was a small item. I am wondering what kind of hoops I will have to jump through to get warranty service from Logitech. Has anyone else done this? Otherwise I really like the case/keyboard and use it daily but I am disappointed that it broke so soon. I had one previously that broke on the left side but still held the iPad in for over a year, I only had to replace it after the keyboard died.

- Answer My first one broke out at the corners and I didn't take out the warranty with Best Buy so I called the company and they replaced it, but it took awhile. I have bought four of them now and all had the same problem, but I now take out the warranty. I love the product, but not the problem with corners breaking out.

- Answer No, case provides no lighting which probably helps with long battery life for the keyboard.

- Answer Call Logitech, provide a receipt, and they will replace the case. It has a two year warranty. Request that the case be replaced with a different model than the broken one. They will likely ask for pictures of the damage as well as serial numbers.
