Mine came with the USB logi bolt, in fact, there was a picture of where it could be found when we opened it. It came with batteries, and there is a slot in the battery area where the logi bolt can be stored if using Bluetooth.

It also includes two AAA batteries and a Quick Start guide. If you haven't received the USB receiver, please check the battery compartment again.
