“Are the keyboards supposed to come with the USB port as well as the batteries because mine didn’t have a usb port and my computers does not take Bluetooth.”

Mine came with the USB logi bolt, in fact, there was a picture of where it could be found when we opened it. It came with batteries, and there is a slot in the battery area where the logi bolt can be stored if using Bluetooth.

It also includes two AAA batteries and a Quick Start guide. If you haven't received the USB receiver, please check the battery compartment again. If it's still missing, you can contact the retailer where you purchased the keyboard for assistance with a replacement.
