My subwoofer doesn't work. Help! null

Logitech support should be able to help you. Check the wires for breaking or if someone rewired it.

Subwoofer not working? You'll need to check the sound options in your computer first. Go to Control Panel / Sound. Check to see if the subwoofer is turned on and not "muted." If all else fails, I believe you have a bad woofer. Normally, you don't have to do too much to a woofer to get it working. It's always good right out of the box, but if this is not the case, it could be defective. Best of luck.
