Yes you can connect your iPhone to these speakers just connect the cord from the subwoofer to the headphone jack of your phone if it's a newer iPhone you'll need to use the lightning to 3.5 mm connector included with your phone

This used a standard 2.5mm jack, so sure, you could plug it directly into your iphone using either a headphone jack or a 2.5mm lightning headphone adapter. If you are asking if you can connect over bluetooth, then the answer is no. You would have to have a separate bluetooth receiver connected to it.
