• Yes, it should be able to work with a Dell Inspiron Windows 10 audio outlet. These speakers work with all makes of towers and laptops. I've not yet had an issue with plugging one in and getting no sound. They all work. Expect the same with a Dell Inspiron. Hope that helps.

• Yes you can plug into audio jack the speakers will become the primary source some devices you have to change the output source.
