• Make sure you have removed the plastic protective coverings for shipping. Make sure nothing is interfering with the movement of the speaker membranes. Then start with adjusting the sound output on the source device like turning it up, checking if it is on mute, or checking the settings to see if the output device needs to know what it is hooked up to.
