No, if I’m not mistaken the Xbox runs audio through the hdmi cable. This unit is run through an audio jack. Depending on the age and the connections on the back of your monitor you may be able to buy an adapter to make this unit work for your monitor.

The only options you have to play sound from an Xbox One through these speakers would be by connecting the Xbox One to a receiver that has the required 3.5mm audio connection, and connecting the HDMI out on the Xbox one to the HDMI in on the receiver, then the HDMI out on the receiver to the HDMI in on the TV, with the speakers connected to the receiver. This setup is quite complicated, and if you were to go that route, I wouldn't waste time hooking up speakers like this.
