• Not sure if Best Buy will install, but you could certainly give them a call. As far as working with existing cameras, I was able to swap out my Swann DVR with this one and still use the old Swann cameras with it. As long as your cameras have a BNC-type connector, you should be okay.

• Hi Camera, Best Buy does offer an installation option. More details can be found in the 'Services' tab at the top of the page and look for 'Smart Home Services'. If the cameras you currently have are using coaxial cabling (BNC connectors) then they should work with the recorder as the recorder supports analog (CVBS) and CVI/TVI/AHD based analog HD cameras up to 5MP.
