- Answer You don't need an internet connection with a DVR, and you can review recordings by connecting your DVR to tv or monitor. The temperature range for DVR 14° ~ 131°F / -10° ~ 55°C.

- Answer The cameras do have night vision but the specs don't mention anything about PTZ or 4k (both of those features would be a selling point so I doubt the cameras have that ability).
