• I've found that LG has two different filters that aren't interchangeable. A "700" and a "800". Make sure your equipment uses the 800 to use this filter. The LG website can give you the correct part number.

• I don't know the model # by heart. The filter is installed and hard for me to see the model #. However it is the correct one for my LG 3 door Refrigerator. Side by Side bull size doors and a half fridge length snack door, with water & ice dispenser on the left side.
