A:Answer Hello there. With the Engage, you can adjust each hearing aid's volume and program in the Lucid Hearing App, or manually by using the switch found on each aid. The four programs to choose from are: Mild (for most common hearing loss for people with trouble understanding conversations), Moderate (provides a little more help than Mild to emphasize speech), Bass Boost (stronger than Moderate, with a boost in low frequency sounds such as vowels), and Max (Bass Boost program with maximum volume). Once you've found your preferred program, set it as the default when your hearing aids start. Furthermore, within the Lucid Hearing app you'll be able to adjust your bass, mids, and treble for streaming with our Audio Equalizer as well as mix ambient sounds and streaming audio to find your perfect balance.
