“Are they one size fits all? People have different size ears. My ears are small. Most in ear head phones are too big and won't stay in my ear. I would think it's better to have them custom made from a doctor's office.”

Hi there, our OTC hearing aids are designed to support up to 92% of those with mild to moderate hearing loss with our four programmed settings. Our hearing aids arrive with a standard size receiver, but once opened you will receive an ear measuring tool and instructions for how to easily exchange the receiver if not the correct size. The hearing aids also arrive with a variety pack of ear tips in different sizes to accommodate different ear canal sizes. Custom ear tips that attach to the receivers are available through our website if you prefer a more custom fit. Thank you
