Yes there is, and it senses your touch through the material.

There is a spot that covers the Home button and allows the touch ID to be used. I've tested it and it works fine.

The home button on the IPhone does work with this armband, not like the Belkin armband. The case is a bit bigger than the Belkin but you can keep your case on the phone.
