Yes. Many famous business applications have been upgraded with Universal, or will run through Rosetta 2 so they will run on the new M1 chip.

Apple included Rosetta 2 to all of the Apple Silicon Macs, which will allow the vast majority of Intel Mac apps to run in emulation on the M1 Macs. You'll take a slight hit in performance since they aren't running natively, but they should run just fine. I wouldn't imagine that the MS Office apps' would suffer much at all in emulation, either.
