“Was defrosting frig ,bottom tray stuck,pulled and noticed white cord hanging in back. I still works but freezes everything on top shelf. Can I get service in my home? Can't bring in to store.”

This model is listed as a carry-in service in the owner's manual. If you are unable to bring it into the service center, I recommend contacting customer service at 888-775-0202 and request for in-home service.
