My renewal is advertised as $39.00 but they add a sneaky 9% "administrative fee" to all transactions.

After 10 years of use, I tried renewing my Magic Jack for the $39.00. However because I did not use whatever card is on file my service was cut off with no warning or phone call. Because they have no human customer service there was no way for me to ask why I couldn't use a different card. Pretty inflexible business. Everything seems to be techno robotic customer service. Service is great as far as talk time goes as I use a pay as you go cell phone., so I miss the freedom of not worrying about time being used.
